Who we are

We are led by Nicola Jones and Jane Green-Armytage both of whom have extensive experience working in the legal sector in addition to a wide range of other sectors.  Nicola has practised at the Bar and is now a specialist in learning & development.  Jane is an experienced coach and employment expert who has worked with firms of all sizes.
